About the Role
Salesforce Trainer to support our large-scale UK rollout programme.
The role will involve extensive travel across the UK, supporting deployments in multiple regions. Due to the nature of the rollout, there will also be a requirement to work weekends when training and deployment activities demand it.
Key Requirements
- Strong face-to-face training delivery and coaching experience, with the confidence and credibility to engage both sales professionals and non-sales teams.
- Experience delivering system or business process training as part of a major technology transformation programme.
- Ability to work closely with the technical programme team to understand system functionality, upcoming releases and deployment requirements.
- Collaborative working style, partnering closely with the Communications Lead and Change Managers to deliver a joined-up adoption and engagement approach.
- Ability to work within an established training framework and deliver consistently to agreed standards and methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships quickly across regional teams.
- Experience developing and adapting training materials to meet different audience needs.
- Previous experience working with sales teams, CRM platforms or Salesforce environments would be highly beneficial.
