Employment Type: Contract

Role
An organisation undergoing a significant commercial transformation is seeking an experienced Salesforce Training & Adoption Consultant to support the successful rollout of a new Lead-to-Cash operating model.

This role combines Salesforce expertise, training delivery, user adoption, change management, and commercial process improvement. The successful consultant will design and deliver a comprehensive learning and adoption programme that enables business users to maximise Salesforce while embedding consistent CRM best practices across commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Training & Enablement

  • Design and deliver a Salesforce learning and adoption strategy.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
  • Develop role-based learning pathways.
  • Create competency frameworks and learning objectives.
  • Deliver Instructor-Led Training (ILT).
  • Deliver virtual training sessions.
  • Facilitate workshops and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Support ongoing user enablement.
    Learning Content Development
  • Develop engaging training materials including:
    • Instructor-led training guides
    • Virtual learning content
    • E-learning modules
    • Video demonstrations
    • Process walkthroughs
    • Quick reference guides
    • Job aids
    • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
    • User documentation
  • Translate complex Salesforce functionality into practical business processes that support day-to-day commercial activities.

Salesforce Adoption & Change Management

  • Drive Salesforce user adoption.
  • Support organisational change initiatives.
  • Promote consistent CRM best practice.
  • Establish Salesforce governance standards.
  • Develop Champion Networks and Super User communities.
  • Monitor adoption success measures.
  • Encourage behavioural change across commercial teams.
