Sales Operations Manager

📍 Manchester (Hybrid - 2 Days Per Week)
💰 £60,000 - £65,000 + 10% Bonus

KDR are partnered with a high-growth, international software business to recruit an experienced Sales Operations Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading technology organisation where Sales Operations is at the heart of driving commercial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.

Working closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams, you'll be responsible for optimising sales processes, improving CRM effectiveness, enhancing reporting capabilities, and ensuring the sales organisation has the insights and infrastructure needed to scale effectively.

The Opportunity

This role sits within a global commercial function and will act as a key business partner to senior leadership. You'll leverage data, systems, and process improvement to increase sales productivity, improve forecasting accuracy, and provide meaningful insights that support business growth.

  • Manage account allocation, territory planning, and data governance.
  • Own the development and optimisation of CRM and sales technology platforms.
  • Support the design and administration of sales compensation and incentive schemes.
  • Drive pipeline integrity, forecasting accuracy, and revenue reporting.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive-level insights.
  • Analyse sales performance data and provide recommendations to improve results.
  • Lead regular pipeline and forecast review processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce administration and enhancement.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to improve commercial effectiveness.
  • Support sales enablement initiatives that increase productivity and performance.

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

  • Proven experience within Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations.
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS, software, or technology business.
  • Strong Salesforce administration, reporting, and optimisation experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting or BI tools.
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience supporting sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • A passion for driving efficiency through systems, data, and process improvement.
