Sales Representative – White Truffle Project
Location: UK, with remote working and occasional travel
Focus: Retire Well memberships and business partnerships
Pay: Basic + Commission based; full terms discussed with candidates
White Truffle Project is looking for a confident, organised sales representative to help grow Retire Well, our truffle tree ownership programme. Members purchase trees, while our team plants and manages them. Members are entitled to 55% of the truffle harvest from their trees, with White Truffle Project retaining 45% for management.
You will speak with prospective members, explain how the programme works, and build relationships with businesses and sports clubs that could introduce it to their communities. This is a role for someone who enjoys starting conversations, following up properly and helping people make an informed decision.

What you’ll do
- Contact and follow up with prospective members.
- Explain tree ownership, monthly payments, harvest arrangements and programme terms clearly and accurately.
- Develop partnerships with sports clubs and other suitable organisations.
- Keep customer records and sales activity up to date in our CRM.
- Work with the team to improve outreach and respond to common customer questions.
- Take prospective members through the sales process without making promises about future yields or income.

What we’re looking for
- Experience in sales, partnerships or business development.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to speak with people by phone and video.
- Good organisation and consistent follow through.
- An interest in agriculture, sustainability or building a growing business.
- A straightforward approach to selling: clear explanations, accurate information and respect for the customer’s decision.
