The Foxhunter Park is a five-star holiday park located in the village of Monkton, near Ramsgate on the Kent coast. The park welcomes both holiday homeowners and short-stay guests who enjoy high-quality facilities including a heated outdoor pool, bar and restaurant, and live entertainment. The setting offers a friendly, leisure-focused environment where guests come to relax and enjoy premium amenities. The park is a short drive from miles of golden sandy beaches, making it an attractive base for exploring the Kent coastline. Team members benefit from working in a vibrant hospitality setting with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and memorable experiences.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Canterbury, supporting The Foxhunter Park’s holiday home and holiday stay sales. The Salesperson will welcome and engage prospective customers, conduct park tours, and present holiday homes and services in a clear, compelling manner.

- Responding to inquiries
- Following up on leads
- Arranging and attending appointments
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
The role involves explaining pricing, finance options, and park facilities, preparing quotations, and guiding customers through the purchase process from initial interest to completion. The Salesperson will work closely with the park management and customer service teams to ensure a seamless guest experience and contribute to occupancy and sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer service skills, including experience in face-to-face selling, handling inquiries, and building long-term customer relationships.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively, present information clearly, and adapt style to different customer needs.
- Organizational and administrative abilities, such as managing appointments, maintaining accurate records, and using basic office and CRM software.
- Knowledge or interest in hospitality, leisure, or holiday parks, with an understanding of what drives guest satisfaction and repeat bookings.
- Comfort working in an on-site, guest-facing environment, including weekends and peak holiday periods as required.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, using initiative to identify opportunities and meet sales targets.
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail to explain pricing and offers accurately and ensure paperwork is complete and compliant.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or hospitality is beneficial; a valid driver’s license and local area knowledge are considered an advantage.
