Responsibilities:

  • Sales Associate will be responsible for providing a personalized client experience, building strong client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales objectives.

Client and Business Oriented:

  • Represent Aquazzura as an Ambassador of the brand;
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients to satisfy their needs;
  • Play an active role on the selling floor;
  • Build up a loyal Clientele;
  • Product knowledge and sensitive to competitor’s trading activities.

Operations:

  • Work within established guidelines, procedures, policies and standards of the Company;
  • Ensure the achievement of individual and Store goals, improving and developing the business;
  • Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer data base, etc.);
  • Attach price tags to merchandise on the shop floor;
  • Be involved in the Stock management and Inventory;
  • Report discrepancies and problems to the supervisor;
  • Maintain merchandising standards.

Profile:

  • Minimum 3-5 years sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts;
  • Dynamic, friendly and engaging personality;
  • Must be customer-oriented;
  • Action and Sales oriented;
  • Excellent customer and service attitude;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Luxury product knowledge;
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
