Role Description

This is a part-time, remote Salesperson role focused on promoting and selling international real estate opportunities offered by DMK Estate. Day-to-day tasks include:

The Salesperson will maintain regular contact with leads, respond to questions about properties and investment opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate information and smooth transactions. The role also involves:

  • Tracking sales activities
  • Updating CRM systems
  • Contributing insights on market trends and client needs to support business growth

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of real estate markets or investment products, preferably with exposure to international property markets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex property and investment details clearly.
  • Comfort with remote work tools, CRM systems, and basic office software to manage leads, documentation, and reporting.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage time effectively in a part-time, remote environment.
  • Professional fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the UK, Middle East, or European markets are an advantage.
  • Previous experience in sales, real estate, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not strictly required.
  • Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and uphold a respectful, inclusive, and non-discriminatory approach.
