This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Greater London. The Salesperson will prospect and develop new business opportunities, manage existing client relationships, and provide consultative support to customers selecting contract furniture solutions for hospitality and leisure projects.

- Conducting client meetings and showroom visits
- Preparing quotations and proposals
- Following up on leads
- Negotiating pricing within company guidelines
- Coordinating closely with design, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time
- Maintaining detailed records in the CRM system
- Monitoring market trends
- Representing Inside Out Contracts at industry events or client presentations to support ongoing sales growth
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in B2B sales, account management, and lead generation in a design, furniture, or related industry.
- Strong client-facing abilities, including relationship-building, consultative selling, and professional communication.
- Proficiency in preparing quotations, handling negotiations, and closing deals while maintaining commercial awareness.
- Competence using CRM systems, MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and digital tools to manage the sales pipeline.
- Knowledge or strong interest in interior design, furniture products, and hospitality or leisure environments.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfort working on-site in Greater London, including occasional travel to client premises and industry events.
- Relevant experience in contract furniture, design-led sales, or hospitality procurement is highly beneficial.
- Education in business, sales, design, or a related field is advantageous, though equivalent experience is also valued.
