Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Peasmarsh. The Salesperson will engage directly with customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and recommending suitable vehicles and related products. Daily responsibilities include:

- Preparing and presenting quotations
- Guiding customers through the finance and purchase process

The role also involves:
- Maintaining accurate records
- Following up with prospective and existing customers
- Supporting promotional events and campaigns
The Salesperson will work closely with colleagues in sales, aftersales, and administration to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from initial contact through to delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to listen, understand needs, and provide clear, honest guidance.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience working to targets, handling objections, and closing deals in a professional manner.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with confidence in presenting options and explaining vehicle features and finance products.
- Basic IT and administrative skills, including accurate data entry, use of CRM systems, and handling documentation in line with company processes.
- Good knowledge or strong interest in the automotive sector, including willingness to learn about different brands, models, and technical features.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced showroom environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading hours as required by the dealership.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or automotive sales is beneficial but not essential; full training can be provided.
- Valid UK driving license (or equivalent) with a safe driving record is highly advantageous for conducting test drives.
