Overview
This role involves calling existing customers and booking them back in for our yearly service or dealing with inbound Google enquiries.
- Average take-home is around £40,000, with some exceeding £50,000.
- No sales experience necessary, full on-site training.
- We are the largest national gutter, roof and window cleaning company with over 1/2 million customers, so you are on the phone most of the day.
- The role is office-based at our Head office in Forest Row.
- The hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus 1 Saturday per month.
Responsibilities
- Calling out to existing customers
- Dealing with inbound enquiries
- Sales are uncapped; the more sales and hours you do, the higher your pay
- You have to be highly motivated
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
