Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based at The Foxhunter Park, located near Canterbury.

The Salesperson will engage with prospective and existing customers, provide information about holiday homes and park facilities, and guide guests through the sales process from initial inquiry to completion.

  • Greeting visitors
  • Conducting park and unit tours
  • Responding to phone and email enquiries
  • Preparing sales documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records in the sales system

The role also involves:

  • Following up on leads
  • Supporting marketing and promotional activities
  • Collaborating with the wider park team to ensure a high standard of customer service

The Salesperson is expected to work flexibly, including weekends and peak holiday periods, to meet customer demand.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a diverse range of guests.
  • Sales and negotiation abilities, including handling objections, closing sales, and working towards individual and team targets.
  • Basic IT proficiency, including use of email, calendars, and customer databases or CRM systems.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail when preparing contracts and sales documents.
  • Previous experience in sales, hospitality, leisure, or a customer-facing environment is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort working on-site, including walking the park for tours and working flexible hours, such as weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and a positive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage but not required.
