Role Description
This is a part-time Salesperson role based remotely. The Salesperson will be responsible for:
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
- Managing a pipeline of prospects
- Conducting in-person and virtual meetings with potential clients

Day-to-day activities include:


Get help with your application

- Presenting ChangeGate’s solutions
- Preparing proposals and quotations
- Negotiating terms
- Closing deals
The role also involves:
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging
- Providing feedback on client needs and market trends
The Salesperson will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets while delivering a professional, consultative experience to clients.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in B2B or B2C sales, account management, or business development, preferably in a technology or services environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic productivity software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and presentation tools) to manage leads and track activities.
- Solid negotiation and closing skills, with a data-driven approach to managing a sales pipeline and achieving revenue targets.
- Ability to work on-site in London, operate independently, and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Comfort with learning and explaining technical or complex solutions in clear, accessible language to clients.
- Relevant education or training in business, sales, marketing, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced or growth-stage company is an advantage.
