Could you be our next top salesperson?
I am looking for confident, motivated, and driven individuals to join our growing double-glazing sales team. You don't necessarily need previous double-glazing experience. I am looking for personality, ambition, and the ability to build rapport with customers. Full product and sales training can be provided.
What you'll be doing
- Meeting homeowners to discuss their window, door, and home-improvement requirements
- Carrying out professional sales appointments and quotations
- Understanding customers' needs and recommending suitable products
- Explaining the benefits and features of our windows, doors, and glazing solutions
- Handling customer questions and objections confidently
- Following up enquiries and maintaining customer relationships
- Working towards personal and team sales targets
- Representing the company professionally at all times
