Ambitious salespeople with a Telco background - We're Hiring
WHY BT LOCAL BUSINESS?

We’re currently looking for 2 BDMs to join the team.
SENIOR BDM
- £40K+ basic & car & uncapped commission
- 15% commission
- Additional commission for overachievement
- Hybrid desk + field-based role
Are you someone who already knows the Telco world, understands how to sell connectivity and cloud solutions, and is confident taking ownership of opportunities from prospecting through to close?

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, build on existing customer relationships and develop relationships with new potential customers, from appointments provided by our telemarketing team.
JUNIOR BDM
- £30K–£40K basic & uncapped commission
- 15% commission
- Additional commission for overachievement
- Fast-track progression into Senior BDM
- Desk-based role
This is a great opportunity for someone with a Telco or sales background who wants to take the next step in their career. We’ll give you the training, coaching and environment to push you to the next level of your career. What we need from you is drive, resilience and the desire to learn.
