Role Description
This full-time Salesperson role is a hybrid position based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospective private health clinics, presenting Medipay’s payment solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing and onboarding. The Salesperson will conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. They will build and nurture long-term relationships with clinic decision-makers, collaborate with marketing and customer success teams, and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Ongoing responsibilities include meeting sales targets, attending client meetings and industry events, and representing Medipay professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within fintech, healthcare, or SaaS environments, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, including the ability to present complex solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort with consultative selling, needs analysis, and solution-based discussions tailored to private health clinics and medical practices.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, taking initiative, managing independent work from home, and collaborating in person when needed.
- Understanding of healthcare operations or payment processing is advantageous, along with curiosity to learn about regulatory and compliance considerations.
- Relevant education or training in business, sales, marketing, or related fields is beneficial, though equivalent practical experience is also valued.
