🚀 We’re Hiring: Sales Executive – Film & Video Production
Flux Productions is looking for a confident and experienced Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to help us connect with restaurants, cafés, and hospitality businesses across London.
The role involves meeting potential clients, understanding their marketing needs, and presenting our video production, photography, and social media content services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach restaurants, cafés, and hospitality businesses
- Arrange and attend face-to-face client meetings
- Present Flux Productions’ services, packages, and portfolio
- Build relationships with business owners and managers
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into paid projects
- Work closely with our production team to create suitable client proposals
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, and confirmed projects

The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Knowledge of film production, advertising, or creative media
- A strong understanding of pre-production, filming, and post-production
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Confidence approaching businesses in person, by phone, and through email
- Knowledge of London’s restaurant, café, and hospitality industry
