Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in the City of Nottingham. The Salesperson will identify and qualify new business opportunities for RSP Cloud, build and manage a pipeline of prospects, and conduct product presentations and demos tailored to deep tech and AI clients. The role involves understanding customer requirements, proposing appropriate cloud solutions and pricing options, and negotiating contracts to close deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, collaborating with technical and marketing teams to refine offerings, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and representing RSP Cloud at relevant industry events. The Salesperson is expected to meet or exceed sales targets while contributing to the company’s growth in the high-performance cloud computing market.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in B2B sales, account management, and pipeline development within technology or cloud services.
- Strong skills in customer relationship building, consultative selling, and contract negotiation.
- Comfort with presenting technical concepts, explaining cloud, AI, or high-performance computing solutions in clear, accessible terms.
- Effective communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and commercial teams.
- Goal-oriented mindset, resilience, and the ability to work independently while meeting defined sales targets and deadlines.
- Basic understanding of cloud computing, AI workloads, or enterprise IT environments; willingness to learn deeply about RSP Cloud capabilities.
- Experience using CRM tools, sales reporting, and standard productivity software.
- Previous experience in technology, SaaS, or cloud sales is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
