Role Description

The Salesperson at ADSCIS Laboratory is a full-time, on-site role based in Dagenham. This position is responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting laboratory services, and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. Day-to-day activities include:

The Salesperson will track sales activities, report on performance, and provide feedback from the market to help refine offerings and customer experience. This role also involves attending relevant events or meetings to represent the company and promote its services.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and account management skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and closing opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in explaining technical or clinical services to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple client needs and meet deadlines.
  • Comfort working in a healthcare or laboratory services environment, with a willingness to learn about diagnostic processes and offerings.
  • Proficiency with standard office and CRM tools for tracking prospects, managing pipelines, and reporting on sales results.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and an ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients from varied backgrounds.
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles; experience in medical or laboratory sectors is an advantage.
  • Relevant education or training in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field is beneficial.
