Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Birmingham. The Salesperson will engage directly with prospective and existing customers, presenting products and services, answering questions, and providing clear, accurate information to support purchasing decisions. Daily tasks include generating leads, following up on inquiries, managing a sales pipeline, and meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets. The role involves preparing quotations, processing orders, and maintaining up-to-date records in sales systems or CRM tools. The Salesperson will also collaborate with colleagues to support promotional campaigns, attend in-person meetings or events as needed, and provide feedback to help improve sales strategies and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proven sales or retail experience, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, including confident face-to-face presentations.
- Basic proficiency with computers, CRM or sales tracking tools, and the ability to keep accurate, organized records.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on-site in Birmingham on a full-time schedule and adapt to changing customer and business needs.
- Previous experience in promotions, marketing, or the wider commercial sector is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Relevant education or training in sales, business, or a related field is an advantage.
