Role Description

The Salesperson will work on-site in Fareham in a full-time capacity, engaging directly with prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The role involves:

  • Managing the sales pipeline
  • Preparing proposals
  • Negotiating terms
  • Closing new business while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools

The Salesperson will collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction, as well as follow-up to encourage renewals and upsells. Regular performance tracking, reporting, and participation in team meetings and training sessions are also key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

  • Strong consultative sales skills with experience in lead generation, B2B sales, and closing new business
  • Ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, and present services confidently to a range of small business clients
  • Comfort using CRM systems, managing a sales pipeline, and working with data to track and improve performance
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as PPC, landing pages, and online lead generation is highly beneficial
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment
  • Prior experience selling services to tradespeople or small businesses is an advantage
  • Relevant education or training in sales, business, or marketing is preferred but not mandatory
