Role Description
This is a part-time remote Salesperson role responsible for driving new business and expanding existing accounts for Repit Coach. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting online product demonstrations, and clearly communicating the value of the platform to coaches, teams, and organizations. The Salesperson will manage a pipeline, prepare proposals, and follow up with prospects to convert them into long-term customers. They will collaborate with marketing and customer success to refine messaging, gather feedback from clients, and support onboarding where needed. The role involves using CRM tools, meeting defined sales targets, and providing regular performance and market insight reports to the leadership team.

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain software features and benefits to non-technical audiences.
- Comfort with remote work tools and CRM systems, and the ability to stay organized and self-directed in a virtual environment.
- Customer-focused mindset, including active listening, objection handling, and building long-term relationships.
- Interest or experience in sports performance, coaching, or fitness technology is highly beneficial.
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales is a plus.
- Ability to work part time with flexible hours to accommodate international clients and team schedules.
- Relevant education or training in business, marketing, sports management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
