We Are Recruiting

Salford Church Leader

We are looking for a leader for New Life Community Church Salford, a recently established church in the centre of Salford.

Your role would be to grow the church and to replant over the next few years. You would lead a team of volunteers and to reach out to the city centre, make disciples, and to see opportunities for new congregations. The post is exciting and challenging, in a rapidly-changing city-region with huge potential.

You:

  • You are committed to evangelism, teaching the Bible, leading a team, and prayer.
  • Experience is welcome, but passion for the work is required!
  • You must be able to lead a multi-cultural team, and shape the vision of the church.
  • A second language is useful, but not required.
  • You must speak fluent English and have the right to work in the UK.
  • You will have the ability to lead a new church in its outreach and grow the gifts of the congregation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
