WE’RE HIRING — COLLECTIVE COORDINATOR ✨
We’re looking for a Salon & Space Coordinator to join The 145 Collective.
This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who is organised, friendly, proactive and loves being around the hair & beauty industry.
You’ll be the person helping keep the Collective running smoothly — from opening the doors in the morning to making sure educators, freelancers and their clients have everything they need.
THE ROLE INCLUDES:
✂️ Opening & closing the space
- Setting up the Collective and making sure everything is ready for the day
🎓 Training & class set-up
- Preparing rooms, equipment, refreshments and everything educators need before training begins

- Helping create content, capture what’s happening in the space and keep our social channels active
💬 Reception & client experience
- Welcoming clients, freelancers and educators, answering enquiries and being the friendly face of the Collective
☕ Hospitality & catering
- Looking after guests, preparing refreshments and making sure everyone feels looked after
🧹 General upkeep
- Keeping the space clean, tidy, organised and looking its best throughout the day
📦 General organisation
- Stock checks, deliveries, supplies and helping with the day-to-day running of the Collective
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:
- Friendly, approachable & confident
- Highly organised and reliable
- Proactive — someone who sees what needs doing without being asked
- Comfortable working independently
- Social-media savvy
- Passionate about hair, beauty, fashion or the creative industries
- Great with people and genuinely cares about customer experience
- Not afraid to get stuck in
