Hairdressing Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Hairdressing Manager to lead our teams across Clapton and Dalston.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves both hairdressing and leadership.
You’ll work between both salons, running your own column alongside managing the teams, driving performance and making sure both locations deliver an exceptional client experience.
You’ll be responsible for creating strong, motivated teams and building a culture where people perform, develop and enjoy coming to work.
You’ll:
- Work across both our Clapton and Dalston salons
- Run and grow your own client column
- Lead, coach and develop the teams across both locations
- Drive salon performance across sales, rebooking, retention, retail and client experience
- Hold regular 1:1s and performance conversations
- Support team development, progression and education
- Manage rotas, staffing and day-to-day salon operations
- Maintain high standards across both salons
- Work closely with the Head of Performance, the Head Office team and the wider leadership team

You’ll need:
- Professional hairdressing experience – essential
- Previous management experience – essential
- Multi-site management experience is preferred
- A strong commercial mindset and confidence working with targets
- Excellent coaching and people-management skills
- The ability to balance your own clients with the wider needs of two busy salons
- A proactive, organised and energetic approach with a “consider it done” attitude.

Details:
- 5 days per week, with flexibility across the seven-day operation
- Full-time
- Working across both Clapton & Dalston
- Salary/management payment + commission structure
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced salon manager ready to take on two locations, or an existing multi-site manager looking for a hands-on role where they can continue doing clients while developing two great teams.
There is also potential for the role to grow to additional locations over time, depending on experience and performance.
