Radio Salon Manager / Receptionist

Radio is an award-winning contemporary hair salon with locations in Shoreditch and King’s Cross. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional salon experience. Our highly skilled team is passionate about excellence in both style and service, creating an atmosphere where guests feel valued, cared for, and inspired. Our salons also double as gallery and event spaces, reflecting our creative, culture-driven identity.

We’re now looking for a highly motivated, detail-driven Salon Manager / Receptionist to join our dynamic front-of-house team. This role is perfect for someone with excellent people skills, strong organisational and leadership ability, and a natural confidence in managing a busy environment, paired with a fashion-forward mindset and an appreciation for creative culture. The successful candidate will shape every client’s journey and ensure their experience is memorable for all the right reasons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship

    • Greet clients warmly, deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience, and ensure every guest feels supported, relaxed, and well looked after.
  • Scheduling, Rotas & Team Coordination

    • Manage daily bookings, client flow, and create and maintain team rotas across both locations.
    • Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, manage cover and holiday requests, and keep the day running smoothly while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
