What you will be doing, in roles we place

  • Running the day-to-day delivery of PR, public affairs or communications campaigns for a portfolio of clients.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, and managing their expectations with confidence.
  • Planning campaigns, briefing junior colleagues and making sure work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Drafting and reviewing media materials, briefings and reports before they reach the client.
  • Spotting opportunities to grow an account, and flagging risks before they become problems.

What clients are looking for

  • Solid experience in a PR, public affairs, communications or campaigns environment, typically at Account Executive or Senior Account Executive level already.
  • Strong client-management skills, and the confidence to push back on a client when it is the right thing to do.
  • Excellent written English, and the judgement to manage a brief with minimal oversight.
  • The ability to manage junior colleagues, and to keep several clients moving at once without dropping the detail.
  • A good understanding of the political, media or policy environment relevant to the agency's clients.
