Entry Level Role Fashion Graduate Immediate start
Sample Room Co-ordinator - 3-month Contract to permanent
London Sample Room
Full time minimum of 3 days in the office
Outerwear and Tailoring Ladieswear
Full time role Mon-Fri flexibility to work from home 1–2 days per week
This is an immediate start for the right candidate
We are ideally looking for someone at the early stage of their career or a Fashion Graduate who is keen to get a genuine foot in the door of the fashion industry and eager to learn all aspects of garment manufacturing and how a working sample room operates. This is an exceptional learning opportunity, and you will be trained in digitising patterns and operating the plotter.

- Overseeing the efficient day-to-day running of the sample room
- Organising and maintaining patterns, sample fabrics, and trims
- Ordering and replenishing sample room inventory as required
- Logging new sample lengths and trims onto the system
- Processing sample specs, photography, and general admin
- Packing and sending samples to customers
- Plotting, Digitising and printing new patterns, separating and packing into envelope
- Supporting design administration and assisting Elise during trimming-off days
- Completing BOMs on the system ready for handover to Sales
- Attending customer meetings where required to support garments and samples
Person specifications:
- Fashion Degree Recent Graduate interested in the technical aspects of the role
- Excellent accuracy and organisation skills.
- Confident communicator
- Basic computer skills across all Microsoft Packages.
- Process-minded, deadline-driven, and calm under pressure in a seasonal trading environment.
- Team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to jump in where needed.
- Digitising will be given on Gerber experience on Gerber would be desirable but training can be given to the right candidate
- Great role if you are looking to start a career as a Garment Technologist or Pattern Cutter
