About the role

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our wallpaper and fabric samples are produced, processed and dispatched accurately and efficiently, helping customers, designers and retailers experience our collections first-hand. Working as part of a collaborative operations team, you will support sample fulfilment, warehouse operations, stock control and order processing, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy and service at every stage.

This is a hands-on role that combines warehouse operations, logistics coordination and internal support, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of a globally recognised interiors brand

This role is on-site based at our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

Sample Order Processing & Production

  • Process & fulfil 100+ sample orders daily; pick, register, pack, invoice, dispatch.
  • Ensure high sample order accuracy and quality standards.
  • Cut wallpaper/fabric samples to spec; re-roll, backstamp, assemble display packs.
  • Handle custom, large-format, and specialist orders (e.g. Kravet, bespoke).

Shipping, Logistics & Returns

  • Prepare end-of-day manifests across carriers (Royal Mail, DHL, DHL BBX, UPS, Deutsche Post).
  • Ensure orders are dispatched on time in line with service targets.
  • Process collections, returns and reshipments within agreed turnaround times.
  • Provide tracking updates as required.

Warehouse & Customer Support

  • Receive, put away and organise stock while maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised warehouse environment.
  • Respond promptly to queries from Customer Services, Sales and internal teams.
  • Follow Health & Safety standards and housekeeping procedures.

Inventory Management

  • Perform daily stock counts and maintain accurate records.
  • Investigate discrepancies; monitor low stock and trigger replenishment.

Your Profile

  • Previous experience in warehouse, fulfilment, logistics, stock-handling or similar operational environments preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Experience & Skills

  • Experience in warehouse, fulfilment, logistics or sample management environments.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Experience using inventory management and order processing systems.
  • Good computer literacy and confidence using business systems and software.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team.

Advantageous

  • Experience within textiles, fabrics, wallpaper, interiors or home furnishings.
  • Knowledge of courier and parcel shipping platforms.
  • Experience with stock control and inventory reconciliation.
  • Forklift licence advantageous.
  • Health & Safety and Manual Handling training advantageous.
