At DM, our values guide everything we do: Be Yourself, Act Courageously, Show You Care. They’re not just words - they’re how we turn passion into progress.

WHERE YOU SIT

As our Samples Coordinator, you’ll be part of the GSC team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Global Production Planning Manager. You’ll be right at the heart of fast-moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.

WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE

Coordinate end-to-end samples management to ensure timely creation, tracking, and delivery of product samples for GTM, market feedback, and quality review. This role supports consumer centricity by enabling on-time product storytelling and sell-in, while safeguarding data accuracy and cross-functional alignment across Sourcing, Product Development, Merchandising, and Markets.

Core Accountabilities

As our Samples Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end sample operations, planning, and tracking sample requests across seasons, maintaining accurate records, raising purchase orders, and ensuring samples are delivered in line with key Go-to-Market milestones.
  • Coordinating suppliers, logistics, and distribution, partnering with suppliers, freight partners, and distribution centres to manage sample production, shipping, receiving, and onward distribution while proactively resolving delays or issues.
  • Maintaining accurate systems, documentation, and data, creating and updating records within PLM/ERP systems, ensuring documentation, specifications, packing information, and traceability are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
  • Driving operational performance and issue resolution, monitoring sample order progress, managing exceptions, supporting supplier invoice updates, tracking KPIs, and implementing corrective actions to improve service, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Supporting cross-functional product and commercial activities, coordinating sample availability for showrooms, market meetings, wear testing, and other key business events, while working closely with Product, Merchandising, Suppliers, and Logistics teams to ensure a seamless sample management process.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
