SAP Account Manager

The Company

Linksap is a specialist IT recruitment business operating within the international SAP / IT ecosystem.

Since our inception in 2015, we have grown to 40 employees and successfully placed over 3,000 consultants with 300+ clients (freelance and permanent) across Europe, the Americas, and MENA.

With 2 – 3 new placements made daily across our contract and permanent divisions, we are recognized as a leading SAP recruitment partner.

In 2024, after reaching £40m revenue, Linksap was acquired by Oxford Global Resources, creating new opportunities for our people to grow alongside a highly successful global organisation.

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth and increasing demand across our international client base, we are looking to hire ambitious SAP Account Managers for our Contract SAP Staffing Division.

This is a role with a focus on business development and account management, but involving managing entire recruitment processes, offering genuine ownership, autonomy, and the chance to build long-term relationships with clients across a highly lucrative global market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generating new business leads, introducing the Linksap brand with clarity and purpose, then building and maintaining positive relationships with your client base.
  • Qualifying requirements effectively and servicing them utilizing our qualified resource team, who are a specialist team with an exclusive function to source and present the best profiles, allowing you to focus on client development.
  • Successfully negotiating commercial terms with clients and consultants, aided by Business Support and Directors.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted, strategic partner.
  • Own the client-facing recruitment process from CV submission through to offer management.
  • Build a strong understanding of client organisations, hiring strategies, and the wider SAP talent market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
