SAP AI Delivery Lead – Enterprise Technology

Job Summary
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP AI Delivery Lead to lead the delivery and implementation of SAP AI initiatives across Enterprise Technology, SAP Platforms, Finance Technology, and AI Delivery. The role will focus on SAP Business AI, Joule, SAP BTP AI services, and AI use cases, with responsibility for governance, delivery, testing, adoption, and transition into live operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery and implementation of SAP AI initiatives.
- Drive delivery across SAP Business AI, Joule, and SAP BTP AI services.
- Manage the delivery of AI use cases from planning through implementation and adoption.
- Establish and manage appropriate governance, risk, and controls.
- Manage testing and release activities.
- Support the transition of AI solutions into live operations.
- Drive AI adoption across relevant business and technology teams.
- Manage sprints, releases, milestones, and delivery plans.
- Maintain and manage RAID logs covering risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate delivery governance and reporting.
- Work with stakeholders across Enterprise Technology, SAP Platforms, Finance Technology, and AI delivery teams.
- Ensure delivery is well governed and progresses effectively from implementation through operational transition.

- Strong experience with SAP Business AI.
- Hands-on experience with Joule.
- Experience with SAP BTP AI services.
- Proven experience in SAP AI delivery and implementation.
- Experience delivering and adopting AI use cases.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk, and controls.
- Experience with testing and release management.
- Experience managing transition to live operations.
- Strong sprint, release, and RAID management experience.
- Previous experience as a Senior Delivery Lead, Programme Manager, or Product Delivery Lead with hands-on SAP/AI delivery experience.
