Main Role Purpose
To use Business & SAP systems knowledge and experience to provide application support, development and configuration within the Order to Cash functional areas (sales order processing, logistics execution) in order to meet the business requirements in a timely and cost effective manner, within the budget and resource constraints.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Provide functional and configuration expertise in support of SAP ERP and related applications with focus on the Order to Cash module including interfaces, outputs and output control.
- Identify and develop opportunities to standardize OtC processes, integrate multiple business/regulatory requirements, and extend information availability within SAP.
- Coordinate and support all stages of SAP project delivery, including research, design, documentation, configuration, testing, data conversion and implementation (using ASAP methodology). Lead and support system unit and integration testing.
- Provide scope and direction to other team members (including 3rd party developers) by providing clear and concise requirements as well as coordinating development efforts e.g. interfaces, custom reports, output changes, etc.
- Develop and support Super User networks, provide practical guidance and reporting support, and help create and deliver SAP user training. Support, develop and share best practices within the organisation.
Key Skills & Experience
- Educated to degree level or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in SAP SD/LE configuration and implementation
- Ideally expertise should be in ECC6 SAP, whilst experience in S/4 would be beneficial
- A strong understanding of SD integration with other SAP modules (FI, MM, PP, QM) is required
- A good understanding of European VAT processes
- Good knowledge and experience in change management with proven ability to identify, manage and mitigate risks when delivering change to business-critical systems
- Expertise in business process analysis, solution modelling, testing and end-to-end system support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proactive and detailed mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a results-oriented mindset and ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high professional standards
- Experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions and identifying opportunities for standardisation
- Good project management, prioritisation and planning skills
