SAP Analytics Cloud Planning Manager

We are partnered with a leading global consulting company who are looking for an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud Planning Manager to join its Finance Solutions / EPM practice. This is a permanent role that will operate at manager grade and can be worked out of any of our clients UK offices on a hybrid (3 day p/w) basis.

This is an opportunity to lead high-profile finance transformation programmes, helping complex organisations redesign how they plan, budget and forecast. You will combine strong SAC Planning expertise with a clear understanding of FP&A processes, acting as a trusted advisor to senior Finance and Technology stakeholders.

You will lead the design and delivery of scalable SAP Analytics Cloud Planning solutions, from business requirements through to implementation. Working across finance, data and technology teams, you will shape future-state planning processes and lead mixed onshore/offshore delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading end-to-end SAC Planning implementations for large, complex organisations.
  • Running workshops with senior Finance stakeholders to define requirements and shape target operating models.
  • Designing planning, budgeting and forecasting processes across revenue, workforce, OpEx, CapEx, cash flow and management reporting.
  • Translating FP&A requirements into scalable SAC Planning models, including data actions, allocations, multi-actions, value driver trees, stories and analytic applications.
  • Defining integration across SAC, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Data Cloud, S/4HANA and wider cloud platforms.
  • Leading, mentoring and developing delivery teams across complex transformation programmes.
  • Building trusted senior client relationships and contributing to proposals and wider go-to-market activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
