SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Business Analyst - Finance Transformation

Location: London - Hybrid

Contract: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract £75,000 - £85,000

The Opportunity

An international organisation is undertaking a global SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation programme and is seeking a Business Analyst to lead the implementation of SAP Analytics Cloud Planning.

Based in London on a hybrid basis, this 12-month fixed-term contract offers £75,000 to £85,000 and the opportunity to work alongside FP&A, Commercial Finance, and technology teams to translate complex finance requirements into practical solutions. You will play a central role in programme delivery, from requirements gathering through to user adoption and post-go-live support across multiple rollout waves.

  • Lead requirements gathering, UAT coordination, and user readiness across a global finance transformation
  • £75,000 to £85,000 on a 12-month fixed-term contract, hybrid working from London
  • Work directly with FP&A and Commercial Finance teams to shape budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes in SAP Analytics Cloud

Preferred Requirements

  • At least five years' experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Finance Systems, Finance Transformation, or Business Analysis
  • Proven experience working with FP&A or Finance Business Partnering teams and translating finance processes into functional specifications
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, planning, and management reporting disciplines
  • Hands-on experience supporting a finance system implementation, migration, or transformation programme
  • Practical UAT experience and demonstrated stakeholder management skills in a complex environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, particularly SAC Planning, or SAP S/4HANA
  • Professional accountancy qualification such as CIMA, ACA, or ACCA
  • Experience with Oracle HFM or migration between budgeting or planning systems

Hands-on SAC Planning experience would be particularly valuable. Candidates with comparable enterprise planning platform experience will also be considered where they bring strong Finance process knowledge and implementation experience.

SAP S/4HANA, Oracle HFM and an accountancy qualification would be additional advantages.

This is an opportunity to help Finance teams through a significant global transformation, with direct involvement in testing, deployment and adoption.
