For more than 70 years, GEBHARDT has been developing tailor-made end-to-end solutions, from the initial concept through to full implementation, across the fields of conveying systems, material flow management, sorting technology, assembly and warehouse systems, including controls and automation, warehouse management systems, and IT integration.

In this role, you will support and further develop our SAP system landscape while working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.

Your Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the support, maintenance, and continuous development of the SAP ERP modules Sales, Service, and Logistics based on SAP S/4HANA
  • Ensure effective 1st and 2nd level support for end users, including issue analysis, troubleshooting, and the implementation of sustainable solutions
  • Gather, assess, and align business requirements with relevant departments, supporting both technical and process-related implementation
  • Actively contribute to SAP-related projects, including process optimisation initiatives, system enhancements, and rollouts
  • Analyse and optimise existing business processes and implement required adjustments through SAP customising
  • Support business departments with ongoing projects and SAP-related enquiries
  • Coordinate with external SAP consultants and act as the key liaison between business and technical stakeholders
  • Maintain documentation, ticketing records, and system data to ensure stable and transparent operations

Skills and Experience Required

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end SAP business processes and a solid basic knowledge of ABAP
  • Several years of experience in an SAP environment, ideally with SAP S/4HANA
  • Familiarity with private and public cloud environments
  • Sound technical and commercial/business understanding
  • Self-motivated and structured approach to work combined with strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
