The Role: SAP Ariba Programme / Project Manager
Location: Windsor, UK
Position Type: Contract Inside IR35
Remote work option Available: Hybrid – 1 Day Onsite
Job Description:
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Extensive experience delivering large-scale SAP Ariba transformation programmes.
- Strong Programme and Project Management experience involving multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Proven experience implementing and managing SAP Ariba solutions including:
- Strategic Sourcing
- Contracts Management
- Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
- Supplier Risk
- Spend Analysis
- Strong understanding of:
- Procurement
- Source-to-Pay (S2P)
- Supplier Management
- Finance integration processes
- Compliance and governance controls
- Experience managing complex enterprise-wide technology transformation programmes.
- Proven experience developing business cases, delivery roadmaps, and implementation strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management experience at executive and senior leadership level.
- Experience managing programme budgets, financial performance, benefits realization, and resource planning.
- Strong governance, reporting, risk management, and portfolio management experience.
- Experience managing global system integrators, vendors, and third-party suppliers.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba integration with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP/CPI, and enterprise applications.
- Demonstrated leadership in change management and business adoption initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
- SAP Ariba Certification.
- PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, SAFe, or equivalent Programme Management certification.
- Experience delivering Procurement transformation within large enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of ESG / CSRD reporting and compliance programmes.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and enterprise delivery management tools.
- Understanding of AI-enabled procurement capabilities including:
- Contract Intelligence
- Autonomous Sourcing
- Workflow Automation
- Predictive Analytics
- Experience operating within regulated industries.
- Experience leading global, multi-vendor delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, security, and data governance frameworks.
