SAP Business One Functional Consultant
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Bonus Location: Remote (United Kingdom)
About the Opportunity
We are currently working with an established and highly regarded SAP Business One Partner in the UK who are looking to appoint an experienced SAP Business One Functional Consultant to join their growing consulting team. This is an excellent opportunity for an SAP Business One professional looking to work with an established partner, supporting a varied portfolio of UK clients across the full ERP lifecycle. The successful candidate will be involved across implementation, configuration, optimisation, and ongoing client support, working closely with customers to understand their business requirements and translate these into effective SAP Business One solutions.
As an SAP Business One Functional Consultant, you will:
- Lead and support SAP Business One implementations from discovery through to go-live.
- Work directly with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
- Translate business requirements into effective SAP Business One solutions.
- Configure and optimise SAP Business One across relevant functional areas.
- Conduct requirements gathering, workshops, and process analysis.
- Support system testing, UAT, training, and go-live activities.
- Provide ongoing functional support and consultancy to existing SAP Business One customers.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and maximise the value clients receive from SAP Business One.
- Produce functional documentation and system specifications where required.
- Work closely with technical consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver successful client projects.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and act as a trusted SAP Business One adviser.

About You:
- Strong commercial experience working with SAP Business One.
- Previous experience as an SAP Business One Functional Consultant / Consultant / Implementation Consultant.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes and how they translate into SAP Business One.
- Experience across the full implementation lifecycle, ideally from requirements gathering through to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Strong configuration and functional troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a wider consulting team.
- A genuine interest in helping clients improve their business processes through ERP technology.

Experience with areas such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehousing, Production, or MRP would be advantageous.
Experience with SAP Business One integrations, add-ons, SQL, or HANA would also be beneficial, although this is primarily a functional consultancy position.
