There are SAP roles where you're responsible for one particular piece of the puzzle.

This isn't one of them.

We're looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Build & Integrations Lead to take ownership of the integrations, extensions and build workstream within a major S/4HANA transformation.

It's a senior delivery role with a lot of moving parts.

You'll be coordinating activity across the SI, internal technology teams and third-party suppliers, making sure plans are robust, dependencies are understood and the various integrations and build activities actually come together when they're supposed to.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Leading delivery across SAP integrations, extensions and build
  • Owning the programme's Integration and Extensions strategies
  • Managing delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and the critical path
  • Establishing build governance and keeping a firm grip on progress and quality
  • Owning the WRICEF log and challenging functional specifications where needed
  • Working closely with architecture, functional teams, the SI and third parties
  • Making sure integrations are ready for testing, cutover and ultimately go-live

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll need to be technically credible, but this isn't a hands-on development role.

We're looking for someone who's already led integration and build on a major SAP S/4HANA programme, understands modern SAP integration and extension approaches and is comfortable challenging delivery partners when plans, estimates or progress don't stack up.

Experience with SAP BTP, Integration Suite, APIs, middleware and modern extension approaches would be particularly useful, as would experience working across a hybrid landscape of S/4HANA, legacy platforms and external applications.

This is an initial 6 month contract (outside IR35) starting ASAP paying £600–£700 per day, with 2 days per week onsite in Manchester (expenses covered).
