Job Description: SAP Royalty Business Analyst (Vistex)

Role Overview

As an SAP Royalty Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical IT teams. You will own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle—from initial discovery and preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to technical build support (providing answers to questions from IT team during build) and hands-on system validation (BA testing to be completed post SIT).

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements & Analysis: Partner directly with business leaders and key stakeholders to collect, clarify, and document complex royalty business requirements, translating them into detailed BRDs and Agile user stories.
  • Technical Build Support: Act as the primary point of contact for the IT development team during the build, unit testing, and System Integration Testing (SIT) phases to immediately clarify requirements and resolve functional blockers.
  • Quality Assurance & Validation: Personally execute comprehensive functional testing on all system changes and enhancements to ensure high-quality software delivery before handing solutions over to the business.
  • UAT & Business Readiness: Support and guide business stakeholders through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), serving as the subject matter expert to answer functional questions and resolve testing issues.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain constant communication with both business and IT sides, acting as a trusted advisor to clarify technical capabilities for business teams and business contexts for technical teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
