Role Description
The SAP Business One Consultant is a full-time hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. The consultant will design, configure, and implement SAP Business One solutions that support WR1 and related business processes across waste, recycling, and environmental operations. - Gathering and analyzing client requirements
- Mapping and optimizing business processes
- Translating them into effective SAP Business One configurations
- Conducting system testing

The role involves collaborating closely with clients and internal teams, providing management consulting guidance, and contributing to continuous improvement of solution templates and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Process knowledge, including process mapping and optimization in operational environments.
- Solid Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, diagnose issues, and propose practical, data-driven solutions.
- Experience in Management Consulting and Consulting, including client-facing work, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on expertise with SAP Business One, including configuration, customization, integration, and support.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in waste, recycling, environmental services, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Professional certifications in SAP Business One or ERP implementation methodologies are an advantage.
