SAP Business One Analyst / Developer

If you have experience with SAP Business One and are looking for a role where you can learn, develop and make a genuine difference, this could be an excellent next step.
You’ll join a fast-growing logistics business with ambitious plans for the next five years. With a large product range, high order volumes, and a busy warehouse operation, SAP Business One plays a central role in keeping everything moving.
Working alongside an experienced team that has delivered several major SAP B1 transformations, you’ll help improve how the system supports finance, purchasing, stock, warehousing, and customer orders.
This opportunity could suit someone at junior to mid-level who is ready to take on more responsibility, as well as a more experienced SAP B1 professional looking for greater influence and variety.
What you’ll be working on
- Improving everyday processes across finance, purchasing, stock, and warehouse operations
- Helping users get more from SAP Business One
- Supporting integrations between SAP B1, web platforms, and other operational systems
- Improving stock accuracy, order processing, and the flow of data across the business
- Contributing to upcoming warehouse management system upgrades
- Creating useful reports and helping the business make better use of its data
- Investigating system issues and working with colleagues to find practical solutions
- Supporting the continued development of a stable and scalable SAP B1 environment
- Taking on more ownership as your experience and confidence grow

What we’re looking for
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business One, whether gained in an internal role, support position, consultancy, or implementation environment
- A good understanding of how business processes connect with systems
- An interest in improving processes and solving operational problems
- Clear communication skills and the confidence to work with different users
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to manage your work and take responsibility for seeing tasks through

Experience in any of the following would be useful, but you do not need to tick every box:
- SAP B1 implementation, support, or optimisation
- BPA or other integration tools
- Boyum add-ons
- HANA queries or SQL
- Power BI or Crystal Reports
- Warehousing, distribution, stock management, or order fulfilment
