As EY continues to grow our Alliances, we need an SAP CC Flex Program manager who can work with SAP coordinating with the respective Alliance Go to Market Leaders and Alliance Relationship Directors to manage the day to day aspects of specific SAP investment and commercial programs – including relationship collaboration and governance, alliance program oversight, contracts and compliance management and performance intelligence. This is a great opportunity to work with people across the global as well as across multiple EY service lines and sectors.
Your key responsibilities
Your role will sit within the Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship team that provides commercial and investment program management oversight for the top EY alliances. Specifically, the SAP CCFlex Program Manager will work as part of the Global Alliance Enablement teams working directly with the SAP Go-to-Market Alliance Leadership, counterparts within the alliance partner’s organization and EY’s delivery practices to coordinate and deliver upon of the objectives of the SAP commercial program.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Manage the SAP Commercial Program for SAP CCFlex
- Interact with SAP to interpret new programs and programmatic updates, develop plan for how EY will leverage and optimize programs, and coordinating with operations support team to define processes to execute upon the repeatable aspects of the program
- Activate new countries and regions across SAP ensuring proper governance is in place, e.g. supporting business plans, executive relationships, operating cadence and enabling alliance contracts
- Work with Go To Market Alliance Leadership to develop SAP business case and sales plan
- Facilitate top to top SAP alliance relationships and program management to mobilize on program sales plan, accelerate field engagement, and drive action
- Provide management oversight and direction of the offshore team that manages on-going execution of program such as registration and claiming processes
- Provide coordination support across Sector, Service Line and region
- Provide program input into alliance SAP Business reviews, sharing progress with others in similar roles around the globe
- Drive Compliance with internal policies and requirements

This role location is based in the Netherlands. You can anticipate a mix of virtual work along with regular coordination with other team members across the globe. The role will require some minimal travel.
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role you must have:
- Ability to juggle many activities and provide enablement services in the areas of: relationship management, governance oversight, contract management, operational support, strong relationship building skills and communication skills with senior leaders, and is highly organized
- Ability to balance evaluating and building new programs and adjusting to changes within those programs
- Understanding of technology and business benefits of SAP products and solutions
- Experience in alliance management or business development for technology or professional services company
- Experience and evidence of success in building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships
- Strong networking and influence management skills resulting in driving actions to outcomes and delivering results actions across organizational boundaries
- Highly credible communicator with excellent organization and project management skills and proven track record delivering alliance sales and revenues
