  • Bristol - Hybrid 2 days per week max

Active SC Clearance required

6 month contract

Key Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA system provisioning and landscape setup
  • Experience in initial SAP S/4 HANA system build on Hyperscaler (AWS preferred):
    • SAP S/4HANA installation
    • Kernel installation and patching
    • Initial system configuration (clients, transports, RFCs, logical systems)
    • Experience with S/4HANA release upgrades, FPS and SP stack management
    • Supporting performance testing, HA/DR testing
    • Hands-on expertise in HANA database administration:
      • Initial DB sizing and setup
      • Backup and recovery configuration
      • Performance monitoring and housekeeping
  • Strong understanding of SAP landscape:
    • S/4 HANA sizing
    • DEV / QAS / Pre-PRD/ PRD separation
    • SAP Client setup and refresh strategy
    • SAP Point in time backup and recovery
    • SAP Log management
