SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant

Role Title: SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant
Location: London - 3 days onsite/week
Duration: 31/12/2026
Rate: £581 per day (PAYE through FCSA Umbrella)
CONTRACTOR MUST BE ELIGIBLE FOR BPSS
Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in the Talent Acquisition (Recruiting) domain. The consultant will support a large-scale enterprise environment and work closely with the client team to address a significant backlog of complex integration and business process requirements.
The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, hands-on experience with system integrations, and strong understanding of enterprise HR ecosystems. The consultant will collaborate directly with client stakeholders, analyze business requirements, design integration solutions, and ensure seamless operation of critical recruitment and talent management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Talent Acquisition modules.
- Analyze and resolve complex functional and integration-related issues.
- Manage and prioritize multiple backlog items in collaboration with client stakeholders.
- Configure and maintain recruitment workflows, business rules, permissions, and role-based security.
- Support system administration activities and user access provisioning.

Integration Management
- Lead and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and external Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including Oracle Taleo and other third-party Talent Acquisition platforms.
- Design, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations using:
- SuccessFactors Integration Center
- APIs and web services
- Middleware/integration platforms
- File-based and Real Time integrations
- Ensure data consistency across recruitment and HR systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis for integration failures and performance issues.
Business Process & Stakeholder Management
- Work directly with client business and HR teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
- Manage high-volume and complex business requests.
- Support enterprise-wide recruiting processes involving a large number of business roles and organizational structures.
- Participate in solution design discussions and provide recommendations for process improvements.
System Administration & Provisioning
- Perform advanced provisioning and system administration activities within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Manage role-based permissions, security configurations, and organizational setup.
- Support environment management, release validation, and deployment activities.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise governance and security requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory Skills
- 6+ years of overall SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Recruiting (Talent Acquisition).
- Proven experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with Oracle Taleo and other ATS platforms.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center.
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors provisioning activities.
- Experience working on complex enterprise-scale implementation or support engagements.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Prior experience supporting transition activities from incumbent vendors/partners.
- Experience working within managed services or application support environments.
