Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years of SAP experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP PPDS.
  • Strong experience in SAP APO PPDS.
  • Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA ePPDS implementations.
  • Hands-on experience in PPDS solution design.
  • Strong experience with Scheduling Optimizer configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of PPDS master data validation, including:
    • PDS
    • BOM
    • Resources
    • Capacities
    • Setup Matrices
  • Experience in PPDS business process design.
  • Experience facilitating business and functional workshops.
  • Strong experience with SAP PPDS testing and validation.
  • Experience with SAP PPDS integration with IBP and S/4HANA.
  • Experience providing go-live and post-go-live support.
  • Strong client stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Manufacturing and Consumer Products industry experience is preferred.

  • Design and implement SAP PPDS solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Configure and optimize the PPDS Scheduling Optimizer.
  • Validate PPDS master data including PDS, BOMs, resources, capacities, and setup matrices.
  • Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Define and improve manufacturing planning and scheduling processes.
  • Support integration between SAP PPDS, IBP, and S/4HANA.
  • Lead testing activities, defect resolution, and deployment readiness.
  • Provide go-live and post-go-live support.
  • Work closely with client stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
