Our client is a global firm going through expansion of their SAP Data team. They are currently looking for a SAP Data Lead:

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Data Management workstreams across complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes, taking responsibility for Master Data Governance, Data Migration or integrated Data Management activities, depending on programme requirements.
  • Design and deliver Data Management solutions spanning Master Data Governance, Data Migration, Data Quality, Data Readiness, Data Cleansing, Data Validation, Data Reconciliation and Cutover, aligned to SAP best practice and clean-core architecture principles.
  • Work with business stakeholders to define future-state data models, governance processes, ownership and migration strategies across Finance, Supply Chain and Human Capital.
  • Collaborate across functional, Business Change, Data, AI and integration teams to deliver trusted data that supports successful business adoption and integrated transformation outcomes.
  • Help clients unlock the value of SAP Business AI, Joule and intelligent data capabilities to improve data quality, governance, migration efficiency and business insight, leveraging SAP technologies including SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP Migration Cockpit and SAP Business Data Cloud.
  • Support strategic pursuits through data assessments, discovery workshops, solution shaping, proposals and executive presentations.
  • Coach consultants whilst helping shape the continued growth of the company's SAP Data Management capability.

Requirements:

  • You have successfully led Data Management workstreams across multiple end-to-end SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes, with responsibility for Master Data Governance, Data Migration or both.
  • You have deep expertise across Data Management disciplines including Master Data Governance, Data Migration, Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Readiness, Data Validation, Data Reconciliation and Cutover.
  • You understand SAP's latest data innovations, including SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Business AI, Joule and clean-core principles, together with experience of leading enterprise data management and migration solutions.
  • You build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders, helping organisations improve the governance, quality and readiness of enterprise data.
  • You enjoy leading multidisciplinary teams, developing future consultants and embedding best practice across Data Management workstreams.
  • You have experience supporting business development through data strategy workshops, discovery engagements, solution shaping, proposals and executive presentations.
  • You're passionate about helping clients establish trusted data foundations that enable successful SAP transformation, AI adoption and long-term business value.
