Job Description: SAP Data Lead – Oracle to SuccessFactors Migration
Role Title: SAP Data Lead
Department: IT / HR Technology
Programme: Oracle E-Business Suite (HR/Payroll) Migration to SAP SuccessFactors
Location: London (Hybrid 3 days/Week onsite)
The SAP Data Lead will be responsible for defining, governing, and executing all data-related activities within the Oracle-to-SAP SuccessFactors transformation programme. This includes data strategy, data migration planning, ETL execution, quality management, cleansing, mapping, validation, and ensuring data readiness for cutover across Employee Central and associated SuccessFactors modules.

- Data Strategy & Governance
- Develop the overall data migration strategy for the SuccessFactors programme.
- Establish and enforce data governance, standards, and quality frameworks across HR/people data domains.
- Define data ownership models (HR, Payroll, IT) and oversee readiness KPIs.

Data Migration Planning & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end data migration lifecycle: extraction, profiling, cleansing, transformation, validation, and handover to the SI technical team for upload.
- Own data mapping between Oracle legacy HR/Payroll structures and SAP SuccessFactors objects (Employee Central, Org Management, etc.).
- Design and oversee ETL pipelines and processes, leveraging SAP's data fabric/integration tooling to move data between source and target systems.
- Coordinate master and transactional data migration and load cycles (foundation objects, employee master data, org structures, compensation, time).

Data Quality, Validation & Reconciliation
- Conduct data quality assessments and drive cleansing efforts ahead of migration.
- Design and execute validating data processes and reconciliation routines to confirm migrated data integrity between Oracle and SuccessFactors.
- Manage exception/error resolution cycles across mock and final load runs.

- Cutover & Go-Live Support
- Ensure data readiness ahead of go-live, execute final load cycles, and support post-go-live data stabilisation and hypercare.
Required Experience & Skills
- 7–10 years' ERP/HCM data migration experience, including SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central and associated modules).
- Experience migrating from Oracle EBS (HR/Payroll) highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of SAP master data objects and SuccessFactors data structures.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools and processes, and exposure to SAP's data fabric/integration architecture for large-scale data movement.
- Proven track record of designing and running data validation and reconciliation frameworks.
