Role Snapshot

Execute end-to-end data migration for S/4HANA Finance using Alteryx for profiling, cleansing, and transformation, and SAP tools for loading and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own migration scope, plan, mock cycles, and cutover.
  • Perform field-level mapping and transformation for Finance objects.
  • Build robust, reusable Alteryx workflows and mapping tables.
  • Load via SAP Migration Cockpit; troubleshoot and fix defects.
  • Reconcile financials (trial balance, AR/AP, assets, banks) and document results.

Core Skills – S/4HANA Finance

  • Objects: Chart of Accounts, GL, Profit/Cost Centers, BP (CVI), Tax, Assets, AR/AP, bank data.
  • Data model/tables: ACDOCA, BKPF/BSEG, SKA1/SKB1, LFA1/LFB1, KNA1, ANLA.
  • SAP Migration Cockpit (staging/direct), load sequencing, cutover execution.
  • Financial reconciliations and audit-ready documentation.

Core Skills –

  • Parameterized/macros workflows, reference data management, and data quality rules.
  • Performance tuning, logging, lineage; strong SQL and advanced Excel.

Experience

  • 5–8 years in SAP data migration with 1–2 full-cycle S/4HANA Finance projects.
  • Nice to have: SAP BODS/MDG/CPI, basic Ariba supplier/PO data exposure
