PMO / Project Coordinator (SC Cleared)
Active SC Clearance Required
We're supporting a major ERP transformation programme and are looking for a PMO / Project Coordinator to join the Data team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3-5 years' experience supporting projects who enjoys coordinating delivery, engaging with stakeholders, and keeping programmes on track. Whilst some exposure to SAP, Data Migration, or Master Data would be beneficial, this role is far more focused on project coordination, governance, and stakeholder management than technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery activities across the Data workstream.
- Track actions, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions (RAID).
- Produce clear status reports across multiple workstreams.
- Follow up with business stakeholders to ensure actions are completed on time.
- Support defect management and help drive issues through to resolution.
- Work closely with the Data Manager to support planning, governance, and overall programme delivery.
- Maintain programme documentation and provide regular progress updates.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
