We are partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager/ SAP Programme Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation programmes across international business operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished SAP delivery professional who has successfully managed complex SAP implementations, S/4HANA transformations, and multi-country rollouts. The successful candidate will work with senior business and IT stakeholders to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP programmes and projects from initiation through to successful go-live and hypercare.
  • Manage global SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, and transformation programmes.
  • Develop and maintain programme governance, delivery frameworks, and project management standards.
  • Build and manage integrated programme plans, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate multiple SAP functional and technical workstreams, ensuring alignment across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, HR, and other business functions.
  • Act as the primary interface between executive stakeholders, business leadership, IT teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
  • Drive programme governance through steering committees, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure effective management of programme risks, issues, escalations, and change control processes.
  • Oversee programme financials, forecasting, vendor management, and commercial governance.

  • Extensive experience managing large-scale SAP programmes within complex enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or global rollout programmes.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and SAP delivery lifecycle.
  • Experience leading cross-functional SAP programmes involving multiple business units and international stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success managing programme budgets, timelines, governance, risks, and executive reporting.
  • Experience managing global System Integrators and external delivery partners.
